Break the Silence

Due to the expectations of humans and what we were taught in Africa, we were taught that men don't feel pain and men don't cry.

For years, men have lived in pretence and denial of their own emotions, pain and struggle.

Don't be like them. Be free to ask for help when you need help. When you are in pains, reach out for who can help you.

Be free to break down on your knees and cry to God in prayer for any challenge you are going through.

If you must cultivate a healthy relationship, be a man with the mentality of a man that needs the help of a lady or a man that acknowledge God can use a lady to help his life.

Break the silence!
Speak Out!
Don't die in silence.

I celebrate you sir and I appreciate all the pain and struggles you are suffering...silently. Let this stop...ask the Lord to direct you to people that can help you genuinely through Gods love.

First, your parents are the best parents ever. It's either yes or yes. They might not be who you want them to be. But you are here today because your parents made a way for you. It's easy for your gender to pick faults with dad or mum's life but what we have not be able to notice is the wisdom in their mistakes.
